Return and Refund Policy
At The Archives Vault, we take great care in curating and describing our pre-owned and vintage items.
Due to the preloved nature of our products, We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless one of the following applies:
- The condition of the item is significantly different from what was described on the product page, or
- If the item is found to be inauthentic in the rare event this occurs
Please Note:
- Natural signs of wear such as scuffs, minor discolouration, and hardware fading are common in vintage items and do not qualify as a valid reason for return.
- All condition grades are subjective and meant as a general guide only.
- Measurements are approximate and may vary slightly due to manual handling.
Return/Refund Application:
If you believe your item meets the criteria for a return, please contact us at thearchivesvault.au@gmail.com within 7 business days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.
Approved returns must be sent back in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
